I try to install a WD10EFRX in a Hp ML310e G8 and the array controller don’t recognize the drive.
There are any incompatibility with the IntelliPower technology???
In the past I installed a WD5003ABYX without problems…

IntelliPower shouldn’t have anything to do with compatibility. Most compatibility has to do with the drive capacity and if the controller will support that specific capacity. I’ve also had some cases where drives are not recognized if they don’t come from the manufacturer. Some manufacturers put specific images, or “tattoos” on drive so that only their specific drives will work.
I would check to see if there are any BIOS or firmware updates for your controller/system. You may also need to contact HP to see if they have a drive compatibility list for your server. Also, I would test the drive on another system to make sure that it is working properly.
