My wd red harddisk gives some smart error

197 Current Pending Sector
198 Uncorrectable Sector Count

I check for the warrany and I get the sentence
WCC4M6XHLRKZ OUT OF REGION WD20EFRX-68EUZN0 DIABLO3S 5400 64M SATA3 6GB/S 2.0 TB 4HD NAS

What this means?
