Hi, I’ve recently purchased a 3TB WD Red to go in my HP Microserver N54L but the BIOS and Windows 7 OS are not seeing the drive (tried in all bays) but other WD (Green) drives are picked up fine.
Any suggestions as to what the problem could be?

What size is the recognized WD Green disk drive? Is it also 3TB? Is the WD Red unit recognized if connected into the same port as the currently-working WD Green unit?
