I am on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.3. I had WD Quick View working fine on this until recently. I changed my anti virus from ATT to Charter Communications. Ever since then, WD Quick view is not detecting WD My Cloud. I have disabled the firewall on the new security suite just I had it on the previous one. But, it is still not working. Any suggestions?
Have you tried uninstalled Quick View then reinstalling Quick View from the Mac?
