Je viens donner suite à propos de mon disque externe WD PassPort Ultra. Depuis quelque temps déjà, j’ai un problème avec celui-ci. En activant mon ordinateur le disque apparait en la barre des tâches avec l’icône ‘’ QuickView ‘’. Et je peux à ce moment-là avoir accès au disque ‘’’ actif ‘’ et le Smartware montrant mon disque WD (I) et le disque interne (C)avec ses onglets habituels. 
Cependant l’icône QuickView elle clignote en blanc et bleu. Je peux avoir accès à nouveau à disque externe WD Ultra et son contenu à ce moment-là. Comme l’image du haut
Hors après quelques heures, l’icône ne clignote plus et, en cliquant sur ! image|170x36
le ‘’ SmartWare, apparait ceci: - Avertissement
Dès cet instant, je ne peux plus accéder aux onglets: Sauvegarde et Récupération dans SmartWare.
J’ai tenté plusieurs essais et cela donne les mêmes résultats à chaque fois.
Que puis-je faire de plus ? Je souhaite avoir une ou des réponses ici. Merci !

I just follow up on my WD PassPort Ultra external drive. For some time now I have had a problem with this one. By activating my computer, the disk appears in the taskbar with the “QuickView” icon. And at that moment I can have access to the ‘’ ‘active’ 'drive and the Smartware showing my WD drive (I) and the internal drive (C) with its usual tabs.
However the QuickView icon it blinks in white and blue. I can have access to WD Ultra external drive and its contents again at this time. Like the top picture
Off after a few hours, the icon no longer flashes and, by clicking on
the ‘’ SmartWare, appears as follows: - Warning
From this moment, I can no longer access the tabs: Backup and Recovery in SmartWare.
I have tried several tests and it gives the same results each time.
What more can I do? I wish to have one or more answers here. Thank you !
