Around a week ago my HDD began to power down after around 4 seconds to turning on no matter the PC or OS. I have other WD devices so I tried their power sources and the problem is still present, to make temporally work I have to physically hold the power cord into the device, which is a pain, I’ve tried different power outlets as well but the problem doesn’t go away??? the original power cord for the 1.5TB broke about 6 months ago, but I’ve been using the power cord for my 3TB, the hdd has been fine, up until a week ago.
Am I able to replace it???
