Last week, I purchased WD Play. At the time of first use, the remote controller totally did not works. Then, I get it replaced.
After 2 days of use, WD Play started to freeze and hang when we stopped one movie and started to play next movie. After restarted again its freeze and hang at any time, since player becomes hot.
Actually player’s A/V good quality & Options are for better than Seagate players. But, product’s quality is big ? Mark?
