Despite numeorus reboots, dis/enabling remote access and reloading the app, WD Photos continue to say “no photos found” on MBL via my iPad mini.

WD 2 Go finds all directories and photos without any problems. PC connections all fine.

Any suggestions would be appreciated guys!

Confirm if all the photos are located in the Public Share, in the “Shared Pictures” folder.

I’ve just moved them following your note. It’s now found just 44 photos from about 4000 !!

It’ll take a few hours, at least, to scrub through 4000 photos…  I think it took about a day to go through my collection of 13,000+ photos…
