I downloaded the WD Photos App for the iPhone (3G@4.2.1) and tried to connect it to my WD TV Live Hub (connected to router). The App on the iPhone always gets an error message saying ‘network error’. When i disable WiFi it’s working over the internet (took a while to find out). Why is it not working with WiFi?

Hi,
(1) If you are on a different wifi network than your WD TV LH do you get a network error message?
(2) Were you able to link WD Photos to you Live Hub and can see photos?
(3) Are you running latest WD Live Hub Firmware?
WD Photos tries to connect directly to your Live Hub if on the same LAN. You may be getting a network error from the direct connection - hence why I asked question 1.
