Wd photos app problem

i am trying to access wd photos and on first time setup it says unable to connect to the device i tried 4 defirrent devices steel the same.

The wired thing is that the autoupload function works well.

I made three times full restore on the device steel the same.

i have v3 fw because i dont want to update to v4
