WD Photo - iPhone Upload Error

Hi Everyone

Just bought the EX4 and started the upload with WD Photo from my 2 iphones’ camera rolls.  Both experienced the same error - “wd photo domain not found (-1001)” midway through the upload and only some of the photos were successfully loaded.  However, in the activity log, it says that the task was completed.

Anyone else come across this error?

That’s the first time I see that message in the forum o.o

2 iOS devices having the same issue tell me it has to relate to how they communicate with the EX4. Out of curiosity was it just on the same LAN or was it with a data plan? And did you call support about it?

Both iphones were connected to the same LAN.  Have called support yesterday and they are looking into it…doesn’t appear to be an error code that they have come across…
