Newbie here - so potentially stupid question.but here goes…
I have setup my phone to access WD2GO no problem - but I think I need to also add additional access for the WD PHOTO app on the same device, as my MyBookLive isnt appearing.
I request the Activation Code (for Mobile Access) and enter it on my phone. I get the Auto Upload confirmation, and then the screen displays my MyBookLive with the auto upload settings but as soon as I try and browse or upload I get the following error message:
“User account has been removed from MyBookLive, please connect again.”
Any ideas ??!
