I have the WD passport x for my Xbox one s and it’s been working fine for a year. I’ve plugged it in all ports and it lights up but my Xbox doesn’t detect it. Is there anything I can do?

You may try a different USB cable, connect to a different USB port of the gaming console. Further, connect it to a PC to isolate the issue.
