WD Passport Won't Mount

Hello. I am trying to connect to my WD Passport on my MacBook but it won’t mount. It worked on my iMac perfectly yesterday.

My MacBook appears to recognize the disk as it shows up in the Disk Utility.

I have also checked the disk using the WD Drive Utility.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Press the Mount button from the Disk Utility menu
  2. Try to connect via a different USB port
  3. Is it mounting on iMac?
