my laptop is not recognising the FS on my passport WDBABM0010BBK-00 i always use it to put important game and work files but this error happenned one day it fell off my desk it seems to work and read but not open any file and when i try to it asks me to format but i dont want to lose the data on it
The drive is probably physically damaged and beyond do it yourself fixes. Professional data recovery might work.
