WD Passport Ultra Stopped Working

My Passport ultra external Drive Stop working While Copying Files , now i cant see my Drive in my Computer , in disk management its showing :-
Disk 1
Unknown

Not Initialised
[black] Unallocated [Blue] Primary partition.

also tried to Initialised but it says " The request failed due to a fatal device hardwaew error,"
also tried WD Drive Utilities its shows " 0 bytes " and WD external drive format failed …
guys please help !

Hello,

If possible, try using the drive on a different computer. Do you have any previous data on the drive that you don’t want to loose? If not, try using the WD DLG tool to write zeros on the drive.
