I have a 1TB drive that currently is not being recognised in any environment on several machines. If I run the WD Data Lifeguard tool, it is recognised and passes the checks, but still is listed as 0mb and in RAW format. Windows Disk Management can not see it at all, neither can Testdisk, Device manager in windows also can see it but again, it does not open in explorer etc. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Does the unit show the correct size on the software, try connecting the unit to a different computer to see if this helps.
