My WD passport ultra is not detecting neither in disk management nor in my computer. I installed WD discovery and over there it’s getting detected, but not able to perform any task. Please help me in this regards.

You can run SMART Test and Complete Drive Test to check the health of My Passport Ultra using WD Drive Utility. If passes, erase drive in appropriate file format before taking the backup of important data and then would be able to use.

Have you checked your drive by connecting to another system? If yet not checked into another computer system then i would suggest you to insert your drive into another system and see if it is detectable.
