WD Passport Ultra not detected in BT hub 4

Hi, I am trying to connect my WD Passport Ultra to the USB port in the BT Hub 4, however the WD Drive is not being detected by the BT hub. I’ve read a few bits saying I might need to reconfigure the drive to exFAT or FAT32. Is this correct? I bought this believing I could plug in and go. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

You will need to check the information for that device the BT Hub 4 to see what file system it supports.

Make sure to test the drive on a PC to make sure that is working properly.
