My drive stopped working after one week. In device manager you can see it and it says it is working. None of the WD products will recognize it and you can’t find it in Microsoft File Explorer.
It does spin and spin. It will not allow you to shut down the PC while it is plugged in. I have I do not see it in disk management.
I tried to connect it to another PC, the software set up but it was not in file explorer. I just spent days backing up a drive and now I can’t access the data.
Pretty frustrating.
