WD passport not initialized, fatal error,

Hi, my 1TB WD “My Passport Ultra” external drive without any reasons, it didn’t appear on file explorer. so I checked disk management and I found it shows
‘Not Initialized’ and ‘unallocated’. I tried to initialize it, but it shows this message: “The request failed due to a fatal device hardware error.”
I check it by Data Lifeguard Diagnostic and show this

I tried to use the tool Data Lifeguard Diagnostic:

Thank you for responding, but that also does not work.

Numerous factors may have contributed to the request failing owing to a fatal error, however if you encounter one You can update the driver to resolve “the request failed owing to a fatal device hardware problem”. The external hard drive’s functionality might be interrupted by outdated drivers.
Follow these steps to accomplish this:
Press Win + X at the same time, then choose Device Manager → Disk Drivers. Right-click on the selected external drive after choosing it. Choose Update Driver Software from the list. Check to see if the message “the request failed owing to a fatal device hardware problem” has disappeared when the procedure is finished.
I hope the procedures below will enable you to resolve this issue.
