WD passport 250g doesn't have a sync icon or program anymore

Hello!

I own WD passport 250g for a while now, at first I used the sync program to save files but now when I connect it to my PC the sync icon I used to approach the files is no longer there but there is a wd sync data folder that contains dml files.

When I tried to use the wd installer it showed me a massage saying “unable to launch installer D:/WDsync.exe”

pllllssssss, what do I do to approach the files without deleting them?!?!

I really need your help.

Have you try to download the application from the WD website and reinstall?
