WD Passport 250 only shows some files

WD Passport 250 only shows some files. It says that 180+GB are on the drive, but only about 100 MB actually show up. Please tell me that I can still access these files! And how.

The drive is probably corrupt you can try Test Disk http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk
