Trying too download WD utilities for my Passport 2TB (2018 ish). The drive spins 24/7 which is obviously a drive failure waiting to happen. Running MAC OS Sierra (no I shouldn’t need to upgrade). WD Ut’s does not recognize the WD drive and can’t seem to locate the appropriate version. Any assistance is appreciated.
