my passport essential 1tb does not come up under windows 7 my computer any longer. all it does is show me the led. how to get it back to original virgin condition to try it all over again. i’m in thailand right now and can’t just drop in at costco again as i had to do it with some deviices before as this seems to happen to a lot of wd devices - they just quit on you during warrenty period because of bad software… how to get an e-mail to wd support? you can click it on the page over and over but they turn you into loops…
