I have received today the above hdd. But I could not run setup.exe or install in Android 4.4 irevo smart pc connected to led TV.

Are you able to test the unit on a windows computer? Laptop or Desktop.
In order for you to identify if there’s an issue with the unit, will be better if you test the drive on a different system.
