WD NOT RECOGNIZING 2ND pr4100 IN MyCloud

I have 2 PR4100. The older one is listed in my online account. The other does not show up.

Make sure both are registered to the same account, i.e. email address. Also you have to access each NAS individually using the its 00.0.0.00 address using smb. It should show up. Then I individually bookmark each NAS so I can open to that one server. You cannot access both at the same time on the same My Cloud page on the computer. You can on the phone app though if both are registered to the same account.
