WD NAS PR4100 RAID 5 Expansion : Didn't Expand?

WD NAS PR4100
RAID 5

I had 4x6TB RED WD Drives.
Expanded.
Replaced Drive 1 - Rebuild Manual to my new 18TB.
18TB seen.
Repeat Drive 2, 3, 4.
Replacing Drives Done.

Storage → Change RAID Mode → Expansion (Replace/Exchange Disk? No, because I just rebuilt 4 drives.)

It took a week to complete this process!

Reboot. RAID 5 - Still 18.xx TB.

The expansion is not seeing my EXPANDED drives? Still? After a week?

Anyone else have unsuccessful Expansion? Help!

First time. Looking for help. I don’t know what a “Support Case” is. I asked for help. I just looked at that link, “firmware?” “serial number?”… I’ve been there before. WDPR100 NAS, And I’m not doing a firmware update because I’ve seen all over the community that firmware updates are crashing systems (or new term “bricking”, won’t boot, or stuck in boot) and nobody is giving a ■■■■.
