Hello, I have a WD Passport Ultra and it works great. However, when I tried connecting it to my WD TV Live WDBHG70000NBK-02 it is not recognized. but if I connect an older version WD external hard drive it will then show my media storage as My Media storage" as a valid source. I use my external H/D 's for movies. Any ideas on how to make the ultra get recognized?

Well, have you try to test the drive on any operating system?What is the filesystem of the drive?
If the drive is getting detected by the computer then change the file system to NTFS, FAT32 and HFS file systems.
