Hi all
Just wanted to ask if anyone has a MYEX4 and if so have they ever had a problem with one bay not being able to read a disk and it showing:
Drive Status Fault
RAID Status Degraded
Originally it was fine and running RAID 5 (however stated degrade, so i ran RAID 5 again to try and rebuild RAID 5, then it ran through its Raid task properly, and all of a sudden now does not want to read Bay 4 and can read Bays 1-3 no worries?
On Disk Check status on internal IP page it show Disk 1-3 Good
Disc 4 Bad
However if I switch Disk 2 to Disk 4 for example once it has booted up again its still shows Disc 4 as faulty even though that same disk worked in Disk 2 prior to changing it?
Does anyone know if it is the internal bay at fault or the drive or software?
Please advise if so
