I try everything, newest Firmeware. But it doesn’t work, from WD to WD (2GB drives).
Also the automatic to a time maybe 2AM doesn’t work.
I bring back my WD’s. The support is very bad, the questions to me are simply a cheek.
We try to find the error since September 2014.
My knowhow about the IT is good.
I am very disappointed about WD and there support. Bye.
