OK. My wd mycloud 2tb fell on it’s side. It stopped being seen by the network and had a solid white light. I have about 1tb of data on it that I would like to recover. I have searched the database here and, apart from seeing lots of unhelpful comments like “search the database” I am still at a loss. I know I might be a pain to seasoned members but could someone please help ?
