WD MYcloud not booting

hi all,

my wd mycloud is not booting after a power failure. how to reload the OS back to WD and make it working???

@thtony5 What troubleshooting have you done so far? If it lost power, once power was restored it should have rebooted. If it didn’t did you unplug it and then plug it back in? What are the LEDs doing both front and back? For more information and User Manuals for both the 1st and 2nd generation My Clouds use this link.

I have plugged the device back but its not booting now… light is blink…but not able to communicating.

how to move forward?

What color is the front LED?

Are the LED’s on the back networking port light up and or blinking?

@thtony5 It will take between 5 to 8 minutes to boot up, has it been that long and if yes, what is it doing now?

Have you looked at the link I provided and the User Manual for your generation of My Cloud? Be sure to look at LEDs.
