Hello! I use WD MyCloud basically as an NAS server. I need it to play my music files in a different room, my network audio player is a Marantz 7004.
Everything seems to be okay, the audio player finds WD MyCloud, it even detects the correct folders where the music is stored and all the right files. However, I cannot play them. Whenever I press “play” the music file appears for a split second, but nothing happens.
I have managed to access files stored on my computer but not on the server. That is, both the network audio player and my computer seem to be able to connect. I narrowed the problem down to the WD MyCloud. My guess is that something is wrong in the settings.
I am using Windows 10 Enterprise. Please let me know if you have any idea.or any suggestions.

Is this your computer? Have you checked Twonky to see what players you have are listed. See example image below.
