I’m viewing the movies through an xbox 360 and it appears there is no art work. I was wondering if the server pulled movie information such as art work, description and general movie information. I know xbox is particular in how it serves movies because I had the same issue with another server. I am able to view such information when I was running Plex to Roku but xbox was still not able to show such information with Plex either. But, I would think it would display that information with it’s native WD MyCloud phone/tablet app which it doesn’t.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. That’s a lot of information to figure out about artwork. But what about displaying artwork on the phone application or even the wd interface?
