Wd mycloud mac problems and slow

hello,

I’m having trouble with my wd mycloud and mac.

I looked everywhere on google and on this forum but was not able to find the problem.

Im using 1 wd mycloud 3tb in my gigabit network.

everything is connected with ethernet so there is no wireless connection.

When i’m using my macbook pro 13" os x yosemite 10.10

I can find the wd my cloud under devices and connect to it, this works good but is very slow.

And there are missing some folders.

I have also 3 windows devices that are working very good with my Wd Nas they are fast and all the folders are there.

But when i load the my cloud dashboard this is slow,

and in the mediascan (right corner, don’t know the exact name in english because my is in dutch)

it says not active.

I’m using only 2 share’s 1 for me 1 for my girlfriend, but they are all public.

On my nas is also a powered usb 3.0 hub to connect 2 extra 500gb harddrives for backups.

On the internet i tried somthing to connect to it not using smb but using cifs but this is also slow and not all folders are found.

Is there a way to make it better working with mac?I want to integrade it in my Mac Os as i’m using it in windows.

(in windows I acces it fast on my desktop)

My second problem, is when i try to make a safepoint it always give errors

And says there is a problem with making safepoints on my external hdd  error Code 1100

Can someone help me?

I’m stuck and can’t find solutions?

Many Thanks

Cedric
