WD MYCLOUD EX4100 always hang

Dear All

i have my cloud ex4100 configure as iscsi it always hang and (inactive ) in esxi
few days it hang completely and i can’t ping after restart work fine, today it hang again but i can’t ping but it inactive in esxi and can’t login it from browser …
what The cause of this problem and how can i avoid it ???

i have last firmware and lan aggregation round robin lan

Have you tried setting up a static IP address on your WD My Cloud EX4100?

what the link between DHCP or Static ip AND EX4100 HANG ???
THEREFORE i configure it DHCP and reserve ip for it

There is no link. Solution suggested by WD Forum moderator is completely irrelevant. Known issue on WD firmwares which they refuse to acknowledge or fix!
