WD MyCloud EX2 Ultra - Cannot request support

I have a problem with network interface being stuck (zero traffic, LEDs off) and wanted to report this using a diagnostic report. See below:


After pressing the “Request support” button the following error message appears:

What is avoiding me to send that support request?

I have the same. Totally stupid. My Mycloud is not working after a week, and WD won’t help. Not cool.

I don’t speak/read much German but if your network is down then you obviously can not send a report from the device.
