Since v4.0 I noticed that my device gets into a funny state where it askes me to log in (the web UI) so I enter username/pass. I see the dashbroad extremely briefly and then I get kicked back to the username/login screen over and over again.

It doesn’t correct itself until I reboot the device. I haven’t looked into the logs, but when it does it again, I’ll post them here. Unless someone else has seen this behavour and knows what the cause of it might be.

Hi

I’m also getting the same issue so have tried to shut it down and it doesn’t do anything, just says Shut Down… but nothing happens. Also the UK helpline doesn’t work and when you dial it you get cut off immediately - not impressed with this company or product so far
