I unplugged my Mycloud 4tb to change my monitors and it has refused to power back on since. I’m using the original power cable and I’ve tried different outlets but nothing is powering it back on. Could the arm have gotten stuck on the disk? Are there any services that can re-activate the drive or at least get the information off of it?
