WD Mycloud 4tb stuck on Reading configuration information

I have 4tb WD Mycloud drive. At first, I was not able to access the UI.

  1. I did the 40second reset.
  2. I got the first page of the UI in which you accept the terms
  3. On the next screen it went to " Initializing data"
  4. I kept it on for 48hrs but it still showed " Initializing data"

I did the 40 seconds reset again, when I went to the UI dashboard, its stuck on “Reading configuration information” for 48 hrs.

I did the 40 seconds reset again but its just stuck on “Reading configuration information” .

Any suggestion on what I can do?
