I bought a WD Mybook with the blue rings which I think are super cool. but anyway I want to login to it with ssh but when I try with putty i get the error = Network Error: Connection timed out when I used the ip
that’s because ssh is not activated on the mbw blue rings. I’ve heard that there is this huge url you have to type in to activate ssh, but I know wd doesn’t support it. so, you’d have to find the url somewhere else to get it.
