WD Mybook 3tb broken and shipment cost

Your survey links don’t work so i put feedback here, i bought Mybook 3tb (Recertified) and it was full of bad blocks, replacement product arrived finally yesterday. I’v told by the support that customer pays shipment cost for sending, that is totally bs and i don’t recommend wd shop for anyone.
And also wd facebook moves wd russia facebook page for some reason, i live in finland.
