I have a WD My Passport, with a lot of information, my actual laptop read it without problem but is old (the laptop) and is having serious problems, I got a new laptop and when plug in the hard drive to move information is asking me a password to unlock it but I FORGOT the password, I know the hint, but every time I try to unlock it doesn’t work, I’m scary of lost the information because is all WORK ( I do Drafting & Design )
What can I do… Please HELP
