My 2TB WD Passport Ultra cannot acces to a second notebook, even that the unit is unlocked, i get the message “access denied”
Hello POLIMART, welcome to the WD Community. Be sure to connect the Passport directly to the notebook, using longer USB cables or USB hubs will cause power inconsistencies.
