WD My Passport Ultra [Windows 7] Help

Hello Community

So I plugged it in and I can see it in the devices window.
But there was no pop up window to click on it and there is no way to open it.
What am I doing wrong?
Could it be setup for Mac?
It’s not the port because everything else works fine.
It’s not the usb cable.
It’s near new so I doubt it’s damaged.
