WD my passport ultra is not accessible. The parameter in incorrect

Hai there.
I just bought WD my passport ultra 2TB. I accidentally format this drive but during this time some problem happen with my laptop. After that, when i try to open my external drive it’s show device is not accessible. The parameter is incorrect.

Could you guys help me to solve this out.

Yes… i already try to format it but its seem there can’t establish the communication between window and the hard disk.
