i want to ask WD My Passport Ultra inside include WD APP FOR MAC software install to macbook computer after can using both mac and pc or not,because last time i using my friend imac computer install after WD ULTRA HD can using both.Now my mac computer version is 10.11 install after not working so how???

The passport Ultra is compatible with both Mac and Windows. Depending of which version you have it may or may not include backup software for Mac.

Can you please share the model number of your drive?
