My WD My Passport Ultra 1TB is not detected on Windows 7 /xp but I hear a sound from the speaker and the drive light is toggling on. i connect on my sony television on tv USB port and eject. then the problem start. But when i connect on my tv all are ok detected fristly all partion open all files are showing properly. please help me.What shall I do?

When you say Windows 7 /xp, are you saying that you are testing the drive on two different computers?
If not, please do that. Also make sure that you are connection the drive to a back USB post of a desktop computer to test if is a power issue meaning that the drive is not getting enough power.
