Hi, when connecting My Passport Ultra to a PC I see all the files and folders (NTFS). However when connecting it to Kingston Mobilelite G3 it cannot be detected. I have the latest firmware installed on the Kingston device (3.0.0.19).
Has anyone here encountered this problem and have a solution?

The G3’s User Manual suggests that it supports NTFS. Where was the passport formatted? Is it the original factory format or did you re-format at any point? Have you tried writing zero’s to the drive than doing a fresh format? Just want to rule out the filesystem being an issue.
I’m also wondering if perhaps it doesn’t supply enough power - we used to run into issues with old laptops doing this and had to sell a vampire cable to get power from a second USB port. You might want to contact support to see if we still sell them (I’m not at the office today so I have no one to ask at the moment) and if not maybe see if a third-party cable might work for you.
